Our Mission
My name is Aayan and I’ve been a student at the Bridgewater School of Music for many years now. Listening to music and playing music makes me happy and also helps release stress. During COVID I realized that many older individuals in nursing homes and assisted care facilities could use some happiness so I started this organization called Songs 4 Seniors in 2021. We currently perform at 3 nursing homes and are in the process of adding a 4th one. Jonathan Torgrimsen, the owner of Bridgewater School of Music, has been my mentor. I am hoping you will help us brighten the day of a senior by joining us with your musical talent and performing 1-2 songs at different nursing home facilities. We are looking for students from different music schools in the area to perform in order to provide the senior residents with more music in their lives.
